It’s time to get spooky!

Halloween season is upon us and the popularity of this spooky holiday is quickly growing. Today I’ll share a few fun and creepy crafts featuring Little Brian Paint sticks that will be tons of fun all year round!

Have you tried out some of Little Brian’s fabulous products? They have a vast range of super fun, mess-free products. My kids love them, I love them, it’s a win, win in our house.

One of our favourite products by Little Brian is their range of paint sticks. These are sold in various sized packs and can be used on a range of surfaces making them great for many activities. They are fun, vibrant, non-toxic, and they dry within 60 seconds. How cool is that?? The fun of painting without the mess! Here are three fun Halloween inspired activities for the family!

1. Halloween Creatures- use this printable to create colourful bats or pumpkins. Have the kids get creative. Once done, no need to wait, cut out the shape and display around the home for a festive look! Download the Halloween printable here.

2. Haunted Houses- Nothing says spooky like a haunted house! For this activity all you need is black paper and your Little Brian paint sticks! Have the kids create their spookiest haunted creations. The light colours and metallics look the best on the black paper! When finished display somewhere to show off their masterpiece!

3. Window Art- Little Brian paint sticks are easy to use on many surfaces including windows! You can either draw some up high to decorate for Halloween, or let the kids have a go with their favourite Halloween ideas. Some of our favourite ideas are ghosts, pumpkins and bats!

Another of our favourite Little Brian products are their fab face paint sticks! These are perfect for everyday dress ups or even for something more special. No artistry required as they include a guideline for how to try their suggestions. My boys requested some more challenging face painting designs. I definitely recommend keeping a small brush on hand for details and edges.

These paint sticks are fine for my boys' sensitive skin, in fact they happily leave it on all day. No peeling or itching and no transfer mess. Then, when they were ready to wash it off it came off easily with water (or some soap) and left nothing behind.

Once you are all finished after a long day of crafting, why not toss the kids into a bath with the Little Brian bath sticks! Another fun and easy to clean activity to use and it completes a day full of mess-free painting fun!

"Hi! I’m Cheyenne, I’m a homeschooling mama of 4 sweet boys (ages 18months to 8 years) and expecting a baby girl in 2022. I’m originally from the US, but moved to Sydney in 2013 and now live in rural Victoria near where my husband grew up. As a family, we spend most of our time homeschooling and learning through play. When we aren’t doing those things, we are reading, cooking, sewing, and adventuring. I’m also a lover and connoisseur of coffee, wine and delicious food.  I love exploring the benefits of play, and encouraging children to get creative and use their imaginations and I hope I can share that with you all!"
